Tess is a sustainability professional with expertise in the design and implementation of climate change strategies, decarbonisation projects, carbon pricing mechanisms, and sustainability disclosure and reporting. Holding a Senior Decarbonisation role, Tess is committed to the transition to a low carbon, sustainable future by working with others towards multidisciplinary and sustainable solutions within the mining industry. She is passionate about thinking differently in the approach to business-as-usual, including the integration of ESG valuation metrics into decision making and the transformation to purpose-led businesses. Besides her work in decarbonisation, Tess is currently completing her Masters in Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge.
