Adam is a mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience in project development and operational roles across Australia and Africa. He joined Liontown Resources as Chief Operating Officer in 2019, and has been instrumental in leading the team designing, developing, constructing and ramping up the Kathleen Valley Lithium Project, which commenced first production on 31 July 2024. Prior to his role at Liontown, Adam was the COO for ASX-listed Nzuri Copper in the DRC. He has also held senior management positions with Perseus Mining, TiZir Ltd.’s Grand Côte project, and Mineral Deposits Ltd, as well as senior roles with Placer Dome Asia Pacific and Lycopodium Engineering.
