Donna Neo is the Principal of Climate and Decarbonisation at Mineral Resources, where she is responsible for the group's climate and decarbonisation strategy. Her responsibilities include emissions management, regulatory reporting, carbon offsets procurement and climate risk analysis. Donna works closely with teams to identify emission reduction opportunities and develop business cases to support MinRes’ decarbonisation ambitions. She is the driving force behind the industry-leading MinRes Internal Decarbonisation Fund, an initiative she championed to encourage business units to integrate decarbonisation as part of their business-as-usual operations.

Prior to joining MinRes, Donna spent over ten years in the Singapore and Perth banking sectors, covering a range of industries such as metals and mining, mining services, renewables and agriculture. Donna holds a Bachelor in Economics and Environmental Sustainability from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and is currently completing a Master in Environmental Management from the University of Queensland.
