Matthew has extensive experience in energy markets having advised on all aspects of Western Australia's electricity and gas markets. He has advised a number of remote renewable power projects including land tenure, connection and power purchase arrangements. He has also advised on major behind the grid renewable supply arrangements including wind farm developments, solar projects, BESS and commercial microgrids. He has advised the Western Australian Government on SWIS energy reform including the recent reforms to the Wholesale Electricity Market and has advised a number of clients on the application of the Pilbara networks energy framework.
