Mike is Horizon Power’s Chief Financial Officer and leads the Finance and Corporate Services division, holding responsibility for finance, corporate strategy, environmental sustainability, procurement and supply chain portfolios.

With over decade of experience in the electricity industry in executive and senior leadership roles, Mike is leading the development and realisation of new business futures at Horizon Power. Under Mike’s leadership, the teams are embracing the growing involvement of customers in a distributed energy system which include not only solar and traditional energy storage, but electric vehicles and their infrastructure.

Mike also leads Horizon Power’s Sustainability team, developing Horizon Power’s approach to Climate Change and roadmap, focusing not only on emissions reduction and climate resilience, but also community resilience.

Mike is a director of Boundary Power, Horizon Power’s joint venture with Ampcontrol, focused on the manufacture and sale of the next generation in standalone power systems that are modular, plug and play systems, able to be installed and producing power on site within 1 – 2 hours.

Mike is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
