By registering to this event you are agreeing to release Energy and Mines from any and all liability associated with this Energy and Mines event.

By registering, attending, or viewing this Energy and Mines event registrants and attendees agree not to rebroadcast, re-transmit, record, or share any of the content of this event without the express written permission by Energy and Mines as these actions are strictly prohibited with strict penalties under Copyright laws.

Energy and Mines reserves the right to reject and refuse any registrations and attendance at this event for any reason and at any time.

Should a delegate be unable to attend this event, a substitute delegate is always welcome in your place. Alternatively, we can provide a credit note for delegate at any Energy and MInes event in the following 12 months provided that we receive your transfer notice in writing 14 days prior to this event. 

We may in exceptional circumstances need to cancel or postpone an Event, in which case we shall notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. In the event of cancellation we shall issue participants with a full refund of relevant fees paid by you less 20% handling fee. In the event of postponement, we shall offer you the option to re-register for the rescheduled Event or issue you a credit note for your attendance at any Energy and Mines event. Our liability to you as a result of any cancellation or postponement of an Event shall be limited to the amount of Fees which you have paid to us for that Event only and we shall not be liable for any additional Losses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation or postponement.

The agenda, speakers, and panelists are subject to change. 

By registering or attending this Energy and Mines event registrants give permission for their images captured during the event through video, live stream and/or photo to be used in promotional and commercial materials, publications, and on related Energy and Mines websites, and waive any and all rights including, but not limited to, compensation or ownership.

Energy and Mines (and any third-party platform provider acting on our behalf) will use your personal information provided during the registration process to host and manage this digital event, and for analyzing visitor traffic with a view to improving the event experience for visitors.

By registering or attending for this Energy and Mines event registrants, viewers, attendees give permission for their contact information to be shared with event sponsors and be included in the Energy and Mines newsletter list. If a registrant or attendee would like to opt-out a written request must be sent to events@energyandmines.com
